Children are most precious and deserve to have stability in their lives. They also deserve support to allow them to thrive as they grow.

MEDIATION

Are you tired of being in conflict? Does your child need to know that both parents can get along and make decisions together?

Mediation can be used in many family law matters to resolve conflict with a third party in the middle and little or no interaction with one another during negotiations. I am focused primarily on family, but will consider other areas on a case by case basis.

To proceed the only information that should be provided are the name of the parties, the cause number and type of case to preserve neutrality.

LIMITED LICENSE LEGAL TECHNICIANS
The Supreme Court of Washington determined there was a need for the public that was not being met with the current legal system. Therefore, they ordered a new legal profession known as the Limited License Legal Technicians (LLLT). LLLT's offer limited assistance in family law ONLY as you proceed through the court with your case.  More information can be found on the Washington State Bar Association's page. The program was sunset, however I am grandfathered in and able to provide services with some restrictions.
